Description
Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS) is a severe pediatric epilepsy syndrome characterized by multiple seizure types. Rufinamide is a triazole derivative that serves as the active ingredient in a formulation that is used in adjunctive treatment of LGS to limit seizure frequency.
