Ready-to-use reagent for the simultaneous isolation of total RNA, DNA, and proteins from cells or tissues of human, plant, yeast, bacterial, or viral origin. RNA is undegraded and free of protein or DNA contamination according to the current Quality Control.After purification, many applications are possible:- The DNA-free total RNA is suitable for northern blotting, in vitro translation, RNase protection assays, cDNA synthesis, or RT-PCR.
- The RNA-free DNA is suitable for PCR, restriction digestion, Southern blotting, or cloning.
- The denatured protein is suitable for SDS-PAGE and western blotting.
