説明
Memantine is a potent antagonist of the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor. Experimentally, memantine inhibits and reverses the abnor-mal activity of a protein phosphatase (PP-2A) that leads to tauhyperphosphorylation and to neurofibrillary degeneration inAD.
