Use
3-Chloropropanesulfonyl chloride is an intermediate used in the preparation of many enzymatic inhibitors. Used in generation and trapping of the derived sulfene with imines and glyoxylates in the presence of chinchona alkaloids provide chiral sultams1 and sultones.
