| Uses | Adenosine receptors are potential therapeutic targets for cerebral and cardiac ischaemic diseases, sleep disorders, immune and inflammatory disorders and cancer. N-Cyclohexyl-2''-O-methyladenosine is an inhibitor of adenosine deaminase-induced lipolysis and a selective adenosine A1-R agonist. | | Biological Activity | Potent and selective A 1 adenosine receptor agonist (K i values are 23, > 10000 and 25000 nM for A 1 , A 2A and A 2B receptors respectively).
