| ANTI-CD11B Usage And Synthesis |
Uses | Monoclonal Anti-CD11b antibody produced in mouse has been used in immunostaining and flow cytometry. | General Description | Monoclonal anti-Human CD11b antibody (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the hybridoma produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with human monocytes. | Biochem/physiol Actions | CD11b/CD18 acts as a receptor for C3bi, clotting factor X, fibrinogen and ICAM-1. It is involved in cell-cell and cell-substrate interactions. It plays a crucial role in several immunological processes as well including leukocyte extravasation and phagocytosis. It also plays an important role in certain coagulation protease cascade and in cell migration. |
