Description | N-(Azido-PEG3)-N-(PEG2-NH-Boc)-PEG3-acid is a click chemistry reagent. The azide (N3) group participates in Click Chemistry reactions with alkynes, DBCO and BCN. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups. The Boc protection can be removed under acidic conditions. | Uses | N-(Azido-PEG3)-N-(PEG2-NH-Boc)-PEG3-acid is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. N-(Azido-PEG3)-N-(PEG2-NH-Boc)-PEG3-acid is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups. | IC 50 | PEGs | References | [1] An S, et al.
