| Uses | Tris(pentafluorophenyl)borane (CAS# 1109-15-5) is a useful research chemical, used as a catalyst in the metal-free catalytic reductive cleavage of enol ethers via proposed mechanism of tandem hydrosilylation and silicon-assisted β-elimination.
