Description5(6)-Carboxyrhodamine 110 Alkyne is green-fluorescent probe that reacts with terminal alkynes via a copper-catalyzed click reaction (CuAAC) forming a stable triazole and does not require elevated emperatures.5(6)-Carboxyrhodamine 110 (also known as Rhodamine Green) is the nonsulfonated analog of the Alexa Fluor® 488 dye with excitation/emission maxima ~502/527 nm. Carboxyrhodamine 110 is bright photostable and pH-insensitive from pH 4 to pH 10 fluorescent dye. This probe can be used with the 488 nm line of argon-ion laser and standard FITC filter set.
