| Biological Activity | CHST4 (Carbohydrate sulfotransferase 4) is a sulfotransferase which plays a vital role in L-selectin ligand formation in the vascular endothelial cells. It possesses GlcNAc-6-sulfotransferase activity. CHST4 transfers sulfate from 3μ-phosphoadenosine 5μphospho-sulfate to the 6-hydroxyl group of N-acetylglucosamine on glycoproteins. |
