| BENZALDEHYDE NITROGEN MUSTARD Usage And Synthesis |
Chemical Properties | crystallization. Melting point 86-88 ℃. | Uses | 4-[Bis-(2-chloroethyl)amino]benzaldehyde can be used as an intermediate of N-formyl sarcoid and anti-tumor acid. | Synthesis | Use aniline to react with ethylene oxide, and generate N,N-bis(β-hydroxyethyl)aniline after hydroxyethylation. The latter is chlorinated with phosphorus oxychloride and formylated with dimethylformamide to obtain 4-[Bis-(2-chloroethyl)amino]benzaldehyde. |
