| Description | Aloisine B is a potent and selective CDK and GSK-3 inhibitor. Highest affinity targets: Glycogen Synthase Kinase-3, Beta (Rattus norvegicus (rat)) (IC50 750.0 nM). Other measured targets: Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 1 (CDK1) (IC50 850.0 nM); Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 5 (CDK5) (IC50 13000.0 nM).
