UsesMDM2/XIAP-IN-3 (compound 3e) is a dual MDM2/XIAP inhibitor. MDM2/XIAP-IN-3 reduces MDM2 and XIAP protein levels and increases p53 expression, thereby inhibiting cancer cell growth and causing cell death[1].
