DescriptionNOX-6-18 (GPR132 antagonist 1) is a potent, selective GPR132 antagonist with IC50 of 17 nM. It modulates macrophage reprogramming within pancreatic islets, decreases weight gain, and enhances glucose metabolism in mice fed a high-fat diet.
