| Uses | Zaloglanstat (ISC-27864) is a selective and orally active inhibitor of microsomal prostaglandin E synthase-1 (mPGES-1) with an IC50 of 5 nM. Zaloglanstat inhibits PGE2 release of IC50 at 161 nM and 154 nM in whole blood of pigs and dogs, respectively.
