| Description | Sp-Adenosine-5’-O-(1-thiodiphosphate) (Sp-ADP-α-S) is an isomer of the sulfur-containing nucleotide derivative ADP-α-S.1 It is an inhibitor of phosphorylase kinase (Ki = 0.53 µM). Sp-ADP-α-S induces aggregation of isolated human platelets (EC50 = 20 µM).2 It induces relaxation of carbamoylcholine-precontracted guinea pig taenia coli (EC50 = 58.9 µM).3WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use. | | References | [1] A CHENG G M C.
