IgG include four subclasses (IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4), consist of a variable Fab fragment (which includes the antibody recognition site) and a conserved Fc fragment. | | Biochem/physiol Actions | IgG antibody subtype is the most abundant of serum immunoglobulins of the immune system.
