Air & Water ReactionsHygroscopic. Water soluble.
Reactivity ProfileLITHIUM DICHROMATE is an oxidizer. Can react with combustibles [USCG, 1999]. May decompose when heated giving off oxygen that further supports combustion [USCG, 1999].
Health HazardINHALATION: Corrosive to mucous membranes. SKIN: Causes dermatitis and slow-healing ulcers. EYES: Conjunctivitis and lacrimation.
