| Description | GlucaGon, a recombinant DNA product, was developed as a nasal formulation of glucagon for the treatment of insulin-induced hypoglycemia. Glucagon is widely used by insulin dependent diabetic patients as an emergency treatment for severe hypoglycemic reactions.
