| Uses | GS-9851 (PSI-7851) is an HCV nonstructural protein 5B (NS5B) inhibitor with potential activity for the treatment of HCV infection. GS-9851 showed good tolerability in patients with initial HCV genotype 1 infection. GS-9851 is rapidly cleared from the body with a half-life of approximately 1 hour.
