| | ANTI-NEURABIN I Usage And Synthesis |
| Uses | Anti-Neurabin I antibody produced in rabbit may be used in immunoblotting and immunoprecipitation. | | Biological Activity | Neurabin I has a role in the assembly of F-actin. It has been shown to be associated with stimulation of hepatocarcinogenesis in rats.', 'Neurabin I is essential for neurite formation and binds to several proteins including F-actin, protein phosphatase 1 (PP1), p70 S6 kinase (p70S6K) and TGN38. Neurabin I/PP1 complex has been suggested to play a role in actin cytoskeleton dynamics and also in the control of cell morphology in mammalian neurons. The interaction of neurabin I with the trans-Golgi network membrane protein (TGN38) enables a link between TGN38-containing membranes and the actin cytoskeleton. Neurabinμs presence in fetal tissue may mediate early development, through regulation of actin cytoskeleton dynamics in the differentiation of skeletal muscle cells. |
