| | Fmoc-aminooxy-PEG4-acid Usage And Synthesis |
| Description | Fmoc-aminooxy-PEG4-acid is a PEG linker with aminooxy group protected by Fmoc. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or HATU) to form a stable amide bond. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The Fmoc group can be deprotected under basic condition to obtain the free amine which can be used for further conjugations. | | Uses | Fmoc-aminooxy-PEG4-acid is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. | | IC 50 | PEGs; Alkyl/ether | | References | [1] An S, et al.
