BDP TMR azide Usage And Synthesis
DescriptionBDP TMR azide is a BDP dye linker which is commonly used for oligonucleotide labeling and amino acid sequencing. The addition of the azide allows for it to be used in copper-catalyzed Click Chemistry reactions with alkynes, DBCO and BCN.
UsesBDP TMR azideis one of a class of boron diindolyl methylene (BDI) dyes suitable for TAMRA channels. Commonly used for oligonucleotide labeling and amino acid sequencing.
