| In vitro | 1-Isopropyltryptophan exhibits cytotoxicity against the murine DC 2.4 cell line with an IC50 value of 2.156 mM after 24 hours of exposure [1]. Furthermore, at a concentration of 100 µM for 48 hours, 1-Isopropyltryptophan reduces the expression of IDO-1 and IDO-2 mRNA in DC 2.4 cells stimulated by IFN-γ (0.5 µg/ml) [1]. |
