Usage :

Production method: 

Cobalt chloride is produced by metal cobalt method and cobalt waste method. In the industry, it is generally used in metal processing and cobalt-containing waste from the electronics industry as raw materials, and it is dissolved with mixed acids (hydrochloric acid and nitric acid). Hydrochloric acid was added to the reactor, then cobalt containing waste was put into the reaction at 80℃, and nitric acid was added appropriately depending on the dissolution of cobalt metal. The cobalt chloride solution is purified with hydrogen peroxide to remove iron. If the PH of the solution is <5, sodium carbonate or ammonia water is added to ensure complete purification. The PH of the purified cobalt chloride solution is adjusted by calculus to 2-3, and the finished product is obtained by filtration, evaporation, crystallization and separation.
