PLGA is a random copolymer, amorphous polymers, are widely used in surgical sutures, anti-adhesion membrane, tissue engineering scaffold. Compared with the PLA, depending on the GA content can be controlled polymer degradation time, soft and flexible material. The monomers may be prepared in different proportions of the different types of PLGA, for example: PLGA 75:25 polymer consists of 75% indicates that 25 percent lactic acid and glycolic acid composition. There are differences in the degree of degradation of PLGA than with the different monomers, the greater the proportion of glycolide more easily degradable.
