| In vitro | Antitumor agent-68 (Compound 7) demonstrates anticancer activity with IC50 values of 3.6 and 3.8 μM for HeLa and MCF-7 cells, respectively [1]. At 10 μΜ for 24 hours, it reduces Men-induced ROS production by 3-fold in 3T3-L1 cells and has an EC50 of 8.30 μg/mL for DPPH radical scavenging [1].
