Product description

This product has excellent high and low temperature resistance and water/moisture resistance. After being fully cured, it has high hardness (≥3H), high gloss, and high temperature resistance to yellowing.

Appearance: Colorless to light yellow transparent liquid, no mechanical impurities

Viscosity, cst (closed 4 cup): 40-80

Curing conditions: quickly surface dry at room temperature and fully cured with 250℃ for 20mins.

Heat resistance (varnish sheet) Tinplate sheet (200℃): ≥200h

Acid value: 4-7mgKOH/g

Solvent: xylene/CAC

Application

It is widely used as room temperature cured high temperature resistant paint (about 250-550℃), weather resistant paint, decorative paint, etc., has good gloss and color retention.

Packaging, storage and transportation

1. This product is packed in 20/200kg iron drum;

2. This product should be stored in a ventilated, cool and dry place to prevent direct sunlight; prevent serious pollution of acid and lye, and should be isolated from fire and heat.

3. The shelf life is one year.
