Metal deactivator T561 NEW

Chemical name: T561 metal deactivator is a thiadiazole derivative.

Properties: light brown transparent liquid, this product is a copper corrosion inhibitor, non-ferrous metal deactivator has excellent oil solubility, can be used as lubricating oil as a metal deactivator, and has a very good squeeze anti-wear properties.

Use: Metal deactivator T561 is a thiadiazole polysulfide, it can capture the active sulfur in the oil and inhibit the corrosion of metal. As it contains polysulfide bonds, it can form a sulfide film with the metal surface, thus effectively inhibiting the catalytic effect of metal ions on the oil, and thus T561 is a very effective lubricant additive in terms of improving the performance of the oil. In alkaline high zinc antiwear hydraulic oil formulations, adding 0.03 ~ 0.05% of T561 metal deactivator, the oil can pass the Denison HF-2 hydrolytic stability test. In the formulation of internal combustion engine oil, adding 0.4 ~ 0.5% of T561 metal deactivator, the TFOUT induction period of the oil can be increased by more than 60 minutes. In addition, T561 metal deactivator can also be used in industrial gear oil and high quality gasoline engine oil.
