| In vitro | MPT0B014 (0-1 μM; 48 h) inhibits the growth of A549, H1299, and H226 cells in a dose-dependent manner. MPT0B014 (0.05-0.3 μM; 24 and 48 h) arrests the cell cycle in G2/M and sub-G1 phases in A549 cells and induces apoptosis [1]. |
