1. Product Description
Potassium Citrate is the tripotassium salt of citric acid. It appears as a white crystalline powder or granules, readily soluble in water, and almost insoluble in alcohol. It is widely used as a buffering agent, sequestrant, electrolyte replenisher, and intermediate in both food and industrial applications.
