Usage: Triethylene glycol can be used as a solvent for aromatic hydrocarbon extraction, as well as a solvent for rubber, nitric acid fibers, diesel additives, and rocket fuels. In addition, it has a wide range of applications in industries such as medicine, coatings, textiles, printing and dyeing, food, papermaking, cosmetics, leather making, photography, printing, and metal processing. Commonly used as a plasticizer for textile additives, solvents, rubber and resin, an improver for lubricating oil viscosity, and an aromatic extraction agent for reforming liquids.

Use of Triethylene glycol

PROTAC Linker 25 is a polyethylene glycol (PEG)-based PROTAC linker. PROTAC Linker 25 can be used in the synthesis of a series of PROTACs. PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
