Tween 60 alias polysorbate 60, emulsifier T-60, the appearance is yellow to amber oily liquid or paste, slightly special odor, slightly bitter, belongs to non-ionic surfactant; Can dissolve in 40ºC warm water and a variety of organic solvents, insoluble in oil. It is an excellent emulsifier of oil/water type, and has the properties of wetting, foaming and diffusion. The HLB value was 14.9.
