The uridine is formed by nucleoside linkage with ribose, and the triphosphate compound is urinary triphosphate, which is a precursor of uracil in the process of ribonucleic acid biosynthesis. Urine triphosphate is used as a coenzyme to participate in the biosynthesis of certain sugars.
