Coma has been reported following severe nsaid overdose. Myoclonic twitching as been reported for several days after an overdose of piroxicam and fentiazac. Use in pregnancy is not recommended. Inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis may cause closure of the ductus arteriosus. NSAIDs may prolong pregnancy if taken before the onset of labor, especially during the third trimester. |
