Seizures are possible. Tremor was reported in one overdose. Women should be advised not to become pregnant while taking misoprostol. If pregnancy is suspected, use of the product should be discontinued and the pregnancy should be followed very closely (weekly) for the next 4 weeks. <br>Mobius' syndrome (congenital facial paralysis) were reported following maternal misoprostol administration. |
