Description：pep2m是GluA2（AMPA 受体）亚基的 C 末端与 N-乙基马来酰亚胺敏感融合蛋白 (NSF)（一种调节 AMPA 受体功能的蛋白质）之间相互作用的肽抑制剂，由10个氨基酸组成的直链多肽，能降低 CA1 神经元中的突触后电流、培养的海马神经元中 AMPA 介导的电流和 AMPA 受体表面表达。
Pep2m is a peptide inhibitor that interacts between the C-terminal of GluA2 (AMPA receptor) subunit and N-ethyl maleimide imide sensitive fusion protein (NSF), a protein that regulates the function of AMPA receptor. A linear chain peptide composed of 10 amino acids can reduce the postsynaptic current in CA1 neurons, AMPA mediated current and AMPA receptor surface expression in cultured hippocampal neurons.
