Description：Nesiritide Acetate是一条含有32个氨基酸的多肽，最先是利用重组DNA技术从大肠杆菌(Escherichiacoli)中获得的合成型人类脑利钠肽(brainnatriureticpeptide，BNP)，作用与人类BNP极其相似。研究表明，以人工合成的Nesiritide为主要原料的药物在心力衰竭，特别是急性心力衰竭的治疗中具有明确的疗效。

It was the first synthetic human brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) obtained from Escherichia coli using Recombinant DNA technology, and its function is very similar to that of human BNP.
