用途: An inhibitor of NKCC and a GABAA receptor antagonist.Furosemide may also be used as a reference standard in determining the concentration of furosemide present in human urine samples using gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Furosemide may be used pharmaceutical reference standard for the quantification of the analyte in pharmaceutical formulations using diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. Furosemide may be used as a pharmaceutical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in pharmaceutical formulations by fluorimetry, spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). These Secondary Standards are qualified as Certified Reference Materials.
