Nectin-4（基因名PVRL4，脊髓灰质炎病毒受体样4）是一种66kDa的I型跨膜糖蛋白，属于Ig超家族蛋白的Nectin家族。凝集素是细胞粘附分子，在上皮细胞、内皮细胞、免疫细胞和神经元细胞的发育和成年生活中，在各种生物过程中发挥关键作用，如极性、增殖、分化和迁移。在50%、49%和86%的乳腺癌、卵巢癌和肺癌中，凝集素-4是一种肿瘤相关抗原，主要用于预后不良的肿瘤。在相应的正常组织中未检测到其表达。
