This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 37.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 40-45 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Nectin-4（基因名PVRL4，脊髓灰质炎病毒受体样蛋白4）是一种分子量为66 kDa的I型跨膜糖蛋白，属于免疫球蛋白超家族中的Nectin家族成员。作为细胞粘附分子，Nectin蛋白在发育过程和成年期对上皮细胞、内皮细胞、免疫细胞及神经细胞的极性建立、增殖分化与迁移等关键生物学过程具有重要作用。该蛋白在乳腺癌（50%）、卵巢癌（49%）和肺癌（86%）中被确定为肿瘤相关抗原，且高表达于预后不良的恶性肿瘤组织，而在相应正常组织中未见表达。
