背景（Background）
IgG Fc区受体（FcγR）是Ig超家族的成员，在激活或抑制免疫反应中发挥作用。识别出三类人FcγRs：RI（CD64）、RII（CD32）和RIII（CD16），它们产生多种亚型。
人类FcγRII/CD32有三个基因（A、B和C），小鼠FcγRII B有一个基因（CD32B）。CD32是IgG的低亲和力受体。低亲和力免疫球蛋白γFc区受体II-b（FCGR2B）也称为CD32b、FCG2、IGFR2。CD32B在B细胞和髓样树突状细胞上表达。B细胞上CD32B的连接下调了抗体的产生，在某些情况下可能会促进细胞凋亡。树突状细胞上CD32B的共连接抑制成熟并阻断细胞活化。CD32B也可能是恶性肿瘤单克隆抗体治疗的靶点。
