Produced with special technique and different quality control process,this series of non-eafing aluminium paste has    better    regularity    in    particle    shape    and     narrower particle  size  distribution  than  Silver-White  series, providing improved smoothness,lightness,and hiding power.

使用树脂包覆铝粒子，铝颜料与树脂系统的亲 和力极其优良，超强防酸碱腐蚀，优异的耐候 性，优异的电气绝缘性。树脂含量为浆体重量 的7.5%,厚度为0.5μm,   可以根据用户需要调

整 。

适用于溶剂系统 。

高级工业装饰，如手机/家用电器等外壳漆， UV底漆，建筑外墙涂料及卷材涂料。

Properties

Aluminium   particles   are   coated  with   polymer   layer, demonstrating     remarkable     compatibility     between aluminium   pigment   and  vehicle  system,distinct   anti- corrosion property,excellent weather resistance property, and  excelent  electrical  insulation  property.Content  of polymer  layer  is  7.5%of  weight  of  the  paste,thickness 0.5μm,which can be customized.

特性

经二氧化硅表面包覆的产品能分散于水中，具 有良好的耐水性，极低气体释放和优异的耐候 性 。

Properties

The  silica-coated  products  can  be  dispersed  in  water, showing high compatibility with water,minimum gassing, and good weather resistance.

经过磷酸酯钝化处理的产品能很好地分散于水 中，具有良好的印刷转移性，同时耐水性好， 粒径分布窄 ， 遮盖力佳 ， 金属感优异 。

The phosphate passivated water borne products can be

dispersed in water very well.This series of products have

charicteristics   of   good   printing   transferability,narrow

particle    size    distribution,brilliant    hiding    power,and

excellent metallic effect.
