研究背景：CCL9 是一种趋化因子，也称为巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-1 γ (MIP-1γ)，通常在巨噬细胞、破骨细胞中产生，并作为细胞生存因子发挥作用。在 CC 趋化因子家族成员中，小鼠 CCL9 与小鼠 CCL6 (C10)、CCL3 (MIP-1α) 和 CCL4 (MIP-1β) 分别具有 45%、24% 和 20% 的 aa 序列同一性。CCL9/CCR1 信号传导对于将骨髓祖细胞募集到肠道肿瘤中非常重要，从而导致侵袭增强。CCL9 在荷瘤小鼠转移前肺中或与肿瘤细胞共培养的未成熟骨髓细胞中高度诱导，在转移部位肿瘤细胞的存活中发挥着关键作用[1] [2]。
