Description：Peptide M来源于链球菌M蛋白，能够结合单体的和二聚的IgA，包括 IgA1和IgA2，序列中含有18个氨基酸。Peptide M序列中含有的疏水性氨基酸比较多，多肽的水溶性不是很好，并且在多肽合成过程中容易产生β折叠。
Peptide M originates from the M protein of streptococcus and can bind to monomeric and dimeric IgA, including IgA1 and IgA2. It contains a sequence of 18 amino acids. The peptide M sequence has a relatively high proportion of hydrophobic amino acids, resulting in poor water solubility of the peptide. Additionally, β-sheet formation is prone to occur during peptide synthesis.
