Description：PDZ1 Domain inhibitor peptide是PDZ1域抑制肽是一种新型环状肽，序列中含有7个氨基酸，并且有一个酰胺键的环状结构，PDZ1 Domain inhibitor peptide可破坏 GluK2（以前的 GluR6）和突触后密度蛋白 95 (PSD-95) 之间的相互作用，与 GluK2 的 C 末端竞争结合 PSD-95 的 PDZ1 结构域，抑制红藻氨酸受体的聚集。
PDZ1 Domain inhibitor peptide is a novel cyclic peptide with a sequence of 7 amino acids and an amide bond. It can disrupt the interaction between GluK2 (formerly GluR6) and postsynaptic density protein 95 (PSD-95), compete with the C-terminus of GluK2 to bind to the PDZ1 domain of PSD-95, and inhibit the aggregation of kainic acid receptors.
