Description：Cecropins B是从昆虫中提取的一种抗菌肽，是有35个氨基酸组成的直链多肽，属于广谱抗菌肽，具有热稳定性好，水溶性好等优势，更为重要的是抗菌肽对真核细胞几乎没有作用,仅仅作用于原核细胞和发生病变的真核细胞，称得上是目前已知天然抗菌肽中活力最强一种抗菌多肽。Cecropins B由35个氨基酸组成，序列中有大量的碱性氨基酸赖氨酸，在多肽合成中，赖氨酸的存在会增加多肽的水溶性，利于后续的分离纯化。
Cecropin B is an antimicrobial peptide extracted from insects, composed of a straight-chain polypeptide with 35 amino acids. It belongs to the broad-spectrum antimicrobial peptides and exhibits advantages such as excellent thermal stability and good water solubility. More importantly, antimicrobial peptides have almost no effect on eukaryotic cells, acting only on prokaryotic cells and pathologically altered eukaryotic cells, making it one of the most potent antimicrobial peptides among all known natural antimicrobial peptides. Cecropin B consists of 35 amino acids, with a high proportion of basic amino acid lysine in its sequence. During peptide synthesis, the presence of lysine enhances the water solubility of the polypeptide, facilitating subsequent separation and purification.
