Quality: colorless transparent liquid, slightly ammonia taste.Melting point 2.55°C, boiling point 210-212°C(partial decomposition at 180°C), flash point 154°C, specific gravity 1.1334 °C.With hygroscopicity, can be miscible with water and ethanol, slightly soluble in benzene, trichloromethane and ether.
Usage: it is the raw material of synthetic medicine, spices, dyes, etc., and can also be used as solvent for silk drawing of synthetic fiber, plastic processing, production of wooden casein ink, etc.It is also used as treating agent for paper, coagulant for oil drilling and construction industry, carburizing agent for casting industry, softener for animal glue and polar solvent for organic synthesis.
