Description

Fmoc-Lys(Fmoc)-OH is used in the synthesis of [Lys8]-oxytocin related dendrimer which were functionally active in vitro on human oxytocin receptors and inhibited colonic nociceptors potently in a mouse model of chronic abdominal pain.
