To a solution of 331-2 (400 mg, 1.85 mmol) in MeOH (10 mL) was added Pd/C (10%, 40 mg), the mixture was stirred at rt for 2 h under atmosphere (1.0 atm). Then the reaction mixture was filtered and concentrated in vacuo to afford compound 331-3 (300 mg, yield: 87%) as a yellow solid.
